Theta (From the Greek letter Θ) is a stone guest house of 60m2, located just a few meters away from the central square of Stemnitsa, following a cobblestone path. Built in 1867, Theta is the “katoi” (ground floor) of a typical, traditional house of Stemnitsa. A comfortable open space dome home, used in the past as stable and cellar, with a separate entrance from the courtyard. The house was fully renovated in 2022, in harmony with the colours and features of the local landscape. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The main entrance instantly offers a sense of peace and tranquility. The combination of the stone and wood paired together with the white traditional dome, create a cozy atmosphere that takes you back in time. A serene shelter, fulfilling its guests’ desire for a retreat from city life.

Theta Guesthouse consists of an open space living room with a comfortable sofa bed, kitchen, dining room and the dome bedroom, with a queen size bed and lace pillows. It has a separate WC and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower column for additional relaxation. The impressive view of the village the wooden balcony offers and the green mountain slope the courtyard overlooks both provide a sense of freedom and inner peace.
